Reminder: The deposit cut off date is June 11, 2023

Hey campers!

If you have registered for Feral! 2023 and have not paid the full amount yet this is your warning that our deposit cut off date is coming up on June 11.

What is the Deposit cut off date?

If you paid for your registration with a deposit you must have the remaining balance for your registration paid for in full by the deposit cut off date, end of day. Our registration system will automatically bill you the remaining balance of your registration on the deposit cut off date if you have not already paid or cancelled.

Can I cancel and get a refund?

Yes, if you cancel before the deposit cut off date you’ll get a full refund.

After the deposit cut off date the amount you can get back as a refund depends on how close to camp you cancel. You can find all the details in our refund policy.

Our wait-list is temporarily closed

Hello “campers”!

Just a heads up that we are temporarily closing access to the wait-list signup form.

When we opened registration on the 10th, our system was flooded and we have several pending orders and duplicate orders clogging up Regfox. For now the wait-list will be closed to prevent new people from signing up while we give our Registration Racoon time to manually go through each order, resolving any issues, and freeing up any duplicates.

We’ll let you know when this work is complete and the wait-list sign up is reopened. We’re estimating it could take well into Sunday (April 16th).

If you have reached out to registration@campferal.org with questions or requests, please be assured that we will be getting to them once the registration pipes have been unclogged.

Registration had closed and the Waitlist is open

Upper Management is excited about your excitement! Our initial registration cap has been reached, but please continue to sign up for our waitlist in an orderly fashion. We deeply apologize for those that had issues registering, and we ask you please email registration@campferal.org if your issue is persisting. Based on our datasets, we encourage you to register as soon as possible, as there are pending payments stuck in our pneumatic tube system that an intern has been dispatched to unclog, and we will be clearing the waitlist as those are addressed. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

UNFORTUNATELY, DUE TO CONDITIONS IN THEIR CONTRACT, WE ARE REQUIRED TO KEEP BLAZEN EMPLOYED UNTIL CONTRACT END (AUG 28 2023). AS SUCH, HE WILL BE TRANSITIONING INTO THE POSITION OF “NOT-GUEST-OF-HONOUR” WHILE RETAINING THE DUTIES OF CTO (CHIEF TIKI OFFICER)

Advanced registration runs March 23-April 6.
Public registration will open on April 11.
