Refund Policy
More than 10 weeks before camp
Up until 10 weeks before camp, Camp Feral! will issue full refunds less $30CAD to cover fees that have incurred from payment providers.
Deposit Cut Off Date (10 Weeks before camp)
If you paid for your registration with a deposit you must have the remaining balance for your registration paid for in full by the deposit cut off date, end of day. Our registration system will automatically bill you the remaining balance of your registration on the deposit cut off date if you have not already paid or cancelled.
10 - 6 weeks before Camp
Your registration will be refunded less $80CAD.
Merchandise fees, Bus ride fees, etc, are eligible for a full refund.
6 weeks or less before Camp
Fewer than 6 weeks before camp there is no guaranteed refund. The amount that we can refund you will be based on our post-camp financial standing and, as such, any refund that we can offer you will be provided after camp has concluded.
If you need to cancel within 6 weeks of camp we ask that you please contact us as soon as possible to notify us that you will not be at camp. Failure to contact us will result in a smaller refund.
Refund Policy
Feral has a progressive refund policy, each milestone incurs certain costs and it's already drawn from the money you paid. Check our dates:

Notes
- Bus is always refundable
- A milestone day ends at 11:59PM EDT (always end of the day of said milestone, inclusive)
How to request a refund
- Gather your registration information emailed to you when you registered
- Include your registration info and send an email to registration@campferal.org
- Explicitly request a cancelation
- A ticket will be automatically created, we will be with you as soon as possible
No need to re-inquire or ask for updates, it's a busy time of the year for us! The Milestone of your refund will be when your first email was sent, don't worry!
No-shows
If something happened and you did not show at the day of camp, please regardless, email us as soon as you can! Refunds for no-shows are difficult, but we will try our best.
Important notes
- Refunds are processed always via your original method of payment, when not possible, we will engage with further details
- Feral spots are not transferable - the spot will go to the next in our own waitlist - we ID check at the entrance!
