Guests of Honour

Feral 2012 Guest of Honour

At Feral! we  always strived to honour members of the furry community who offer unique takes on our strange little culture, whether it's running a furry con (Uncle Kage in 2001), a business (Sean and Andrew Rabbitt of Rabbit Valley Comics in 2005), music (Colson in 2010), comedy (2 in 2006), writing (Rikoshi in 2011, Kyell Gold in 2009, BanwynnOakshadow in 2004), or art (...so many!  BlackTeagan, J. Willard, Ivybeth, Krahnos, Roxikat, Ferris, Gideon, MaxBlackrabbit, Cataroo, K9, Wookiee...)

For 2012, we want to both honour a talented artist and acknowledge an under appreciated artform.  The look of Feral! from 'Feral the 13th' to 'Futurecamp!' is largely attributed to one person: Arius.  In 2010, we wanted a unique feel to come through our logo and t-shirts and turned to an artist with skill in graphic design to do so, and the result was mindblowing.  In 2011, we turned back to Arius and had him take over the look of the website, promotions and t-shirt for 'It Came From Camp Feral!' and again it was a look we'd never seen before in a furry con.  This year, Arius is the design mind behind 'Futurecamp!'

Find Arius' art on FurAffinity!  (Remember, since it's FA, assume it could be NSFW!!)

Unfortunately, Arius cannot attend Camp Feral! in 2012, but we still honour him in absentia and he will be at camp as soon as he can make it!!!

An 'on site' Guest of Honour will be announced shortly!

Specifically, it's for the Feralitobe theme's div-box-rendered top and bottom blocks. It fixes a problem where if the array of bottom blocks isn't fully filled from left to right, blocks are forced to slide to the left rather than floating in the centre of the array.
