Lol my interest is quite high! I have never done one before so I thought "hey, why not make my first one here?" Lol. woah and behold I am unable! Lol and btw I bought another bag of "coco roos" XD

You should not see this text. This block is designed to force Drupal to express a block that has no displayed content. Specifically, it's for the Feralitobe theme's div-box-rendered top and bottom blocks. It fixes a problem where if the array of bottom blocks isn't fully filled from left to right, blocks are forced to slide to the left rather than floating in the centre of the array.
